The screen protector does not conform/touch screen on edges, it requires a very firm press to activate the touch screen, this makes noises of sticking and coming unstuck especially on the corners. It also significantly lowers overall touch response over the screen.
Furthermore when the case of the same brand is used in conjunction, it pushes the screen protector off the screen as either the case or screen protector are too large for each other.
When support was contacted before putchase who advised incorrectly that these items were compatible. After trying to use the two together and determining they were not compatible I've have written copious emails to get AI resposes, I have filled the online returns form and sent further emails I am still struggling to get adequate support and a refund.
